Steps to obtain that perfect piece

When it comes to custom creations, there’s no project that is too big or small to complete.

What to expect (the BEST customer experience)......

1. Reach out with an idea or concept.

2. Modern WoodCarver will send a "proof" of work back for your approval.  (NOTE: Spelling and other grammatical issues should be agreed upon in this step)

3. Choose the species of wood and the piece's size.

4. Decide if you want an extra message on the back of the piece (additional cost)

5. Choose color for the inlay or carving

6. Agree upon proof, cost to produce and lead time.  (NOTE: Pieces may take 1-2 weeks to create and finish).  

7. Send 50% deposit to start the work. (please note: the deposit becomes non-refundable once carving is begun) 

8. The remainder of payment is due prior to pick up or shipping.

9. (The BEST part) give he gift of lasting memories and watch the recipient's stunning reaction.
